🖥️ How to Sign In to Your Telehealth Appointment

At MamaCareRising, we want to ensure your telehealth visit goes smoothly. Please review the following important information to help you prepare and successfully sign in to your virtual appointment.

✅ What You Need Before Your Appointment

Please submit the following:

  • A valid photo ID
  • A mobile phone number (preferred)
  • A working email address
  • Signed Telehealth Consent Form
  • Signed Conditions of Treatment

These are required to receive your telehealth link and check in 

💳 Self-Pay Registration (But It’s Free!)

All MamaCareRising telehealth appointments are completely free of charge.

However, when registering, click the self-pay option to make sure your insurance is not billed.


✅ You will not be charged for your visit


This step is simply part of the system set up to ensure your appointment remains free.

📩 Receiving Your Telehealth Link

  • A secure telehealth link will be sent to you 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • You must check in within that 15-minute window.
  • If you do not check in on time, you will not be able to attend your appointment.

📞 Confirmation Call from USF

Before your appointment, a USF team member will call you to:

  • Confirm that all required documents are signed and uploaded
  • Ensure you have received your telehealth link
  • Help verify that you are logged on successfully

🌐 Spanish-Speaking Patients

 For our Spanish-speaking mothers


A translator through the USF clinic is available to help guide you through the sign-in process and answer any questions.
